She gave us some sugar and poured the cream herself. When we found a coffee bar, we asked the young lady if we could fix our own coffee. No good place to have a regular breakfast (eggs, hash browns, bacon, toast). The furniture in our room was a bit worn out. I was looking for a place to buy some Tylenol for my wife and was surprised to know the hotel did not offer essential items for its guests. He helped us with directions to several locations and even directed me to a small grocery store a few blocks from the hotel. I'm sorry I did not get his name but he was extremely accommodating. One "bellman" in particular stood out for us. The young men working the Valet were friendly and polite.
